In January 2008, "Lysis Consulting" was founded with the object of Agricultural Studies and the Implementation of Integrated Management Systems.
In December 2012, the company established a branch in Arnissa, Edessa.
In December 2015, the company was renamed AGROLYSIS | Farming Solutions and modifies its logo.
